Reach Community Initiatives (RCI) is operated by a fantastic team who are united in our vision to reach and build people. With extensive experience across the board, the RCI team are here to see that you get the support you need.

The RCI Team is led by Chris Brady, under the directorship of Richard Green. Chris brings a wealth of experience in the area of care and community services. Chris is passionate about seeing people “move out” of crisis and “move into” a better future.
